Privacy is very important at Appeon. This Privacy statement discloses which information is gathered and tracked, how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.

The information Appeon gathers is provided to us by the user when: the user creates a new Appeon user account, the user submits non-required e-mail addresses on feedback forms, the user submits information in order to gain access to Appeon online resources. Information is never sold to third parties for advertising purposes. Appeon uses the information collected to direct or development, marketing, sales and support initiatives. This enables Appeon to better serve Appeon customers.

We build users' trust by promoting the principles of disclosure and informed consent. We follow industry practices regarding the retention of information. The only body Appeon may share user information to with is our long-term marketing and support partner, Sybase. Appeon is responsible for the privacy practices of third party sites. The user should check the privacy statements posted on third-party sites as they differ from Appeon's own privacy policies. We will inform the user if and when we disclose any information to other Appeon certified partners.
